No Returns or Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pre-order process, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once a purchase is made. Every piece is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.

We kindly ask that you double-check sizing, shipping information, and other order details before completing your checkout.

Size Adjustments

We understand that finding the right size can be tricky. We are happy to accommodate size changes before your item moves into production:

    Provide your order number and detail the size adjustment you would like to make.

    Once updated, you will receive a new order confirmation email showing the modified details.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or has any transit issues, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with you and the carrier to arrange a replacement or find a suitable solution.
