Returns & Exchanges

We want you to completely fall in love with your pieces.

"All items are created on a pre-order basis, which allows us to thoughtfully produce every item just for you, while reducing unnecessary waste."

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pre-order process, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for change of mind outside of the statutory EU withdrawal window below. Every piece is crafted once your order is placed. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged or defective.

We kindly ask that you double-check sizing, shipping information, and other order details before completing your checkout.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer ordering from within the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. This comes from EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, transposed into French law at Article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation, and applies regardless of our made-to-order process — it is not something we can opt out of by policy. This right runs from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive it, so you can also cancel before your item ships or before it enters production, not only after delivery.

  1. 1

Email lioraclothingfr@gmail.com with your order number, any time up to 14 days after receiving your order (or before, if you'd like to cancel before it ships), to tell us you wish to withdraw.

  2. 2

If your item has already been dispatched, send it back to us unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (with tags/packaging where applicable) within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or was misdescribed.

  3. 3

We will refund the full price you paid, including the standard delivery cost (but not return shipping), to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of you providing proof you've sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Customers Outside the EU

The 14-day withdrawal right above is an EU consumer protection and does not automatically apply to orders shipped to non-EU countries. For those orders, our "No Returns or Refunds" policy above applies in full for change-of-mind cancellations, except to the extent your own country's consumer protection law grants you a mandatory right we cannot override — nothing in this policy is intended to remove any right that applies to you by force of law in your country of residence.

Size Adjustments

We understand that finding the right size can be tricky. We are happy to accommodate size changes before your item moves into production:

  1. 1

Email our support team at lioraclothingfr@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  2. 2

Provide your order number and detail the size adjustment you would like to make.

  3. 3

Once updated, you will receive a new order confirmation email showing the modified details.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or has any transit issues, please contact us at lioraclothingfr@gmail.com as soon as possible, ideally with photos of the item and its packaging. We will work directly with you and the carrier to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Faulty or Non-Conforming Items

None of the policies above limit your rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to the contract. If you are a consumer protected by French law, items benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Code de la consommation) for two years from delivery, and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés, Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Code civil). These guarantees are free of charge to you and exist independently of, and in addition to, the withdrawal right and the returns policy described above. To make a claim under either guarantee, contact lioraclothingfr@gmail.com with your order number and a description (and, where possible, photos) of the fault.
